We encourage original creativity in our students. From ideas to storyboarding, screenwriting to filming, acting, directing and editing. Our coaches are experienced professionals who are commited  to teaching our students the complete craft.

The focus for our younger students is building confidence and having fun; they experience all aspects of performing arts and are free to try out and deveop new skills at their own pace.

Many of our younger students have formed lasting friendships and we pride ourselves that when children join UK Film Academy they are truly joining a creative and supportive family.

Each term we work towards an in-class project and students will have the opportunity to take part in a live acting showcase in front of an invited audience of casting agents, and our annual oscar night; a lavish red carpet event where student’s achievements are recognised and rewarded and friends and family get to share the experience.

We are very lucky that our younger students get lots of real acting experiences through our associate agent. Recently the entire Whiteley class featured in a promotional film for Rock Up, which was not only super fun but also valuable professional experience. Our students have appeared in TV commercials, TV series and feature films and you can find some examples  of what students achieve with UKFA on our success page.

"We celebrate the stories and experiences of  young people and recognise the importance of validating the storytellers."
